The industry-standard durability and Coefficient of Restitution (COR) system for golf balls and cores. Available from a stripped down, base version to an advanced sorting system with statistical tracking that detects internal breakage of balls. Also used in Pickleball.
Our marquee ball system, the typical Ball Durability system uses an ADC cannon to fire a ball into a stationary plate. It uses ADC’s highly accurate iBeam Sensors to measure the inbound and rebound speeds, calculating the velocity ratio. The base system can be used for testing and verifying the durability of any golf ball or core, as well as calculating the Coefficient of Restitution (COR).

A comprehensive tracking system is available that tracks statistics for each ball individually, with the capability of ejecting any ball based upon a change in its average velocity ratio or a shift in standard devition. This popular feature allows the machine to eject a ball when it has cracked internally, before cracking externally. A sorting option is also available, so that the ejected balls can be sorted by their average vr into a specific bin.
Like all ADC systems, data is exported to industry-standard CSV files that can be easily imported to any software tool, and viewed natively in Microsoft Excel.
